Tagliente primarily focuses on strategic consultancy. In addition to our advisory work, we are regularly engaged for interim management roles and keynote speaking engagements.

Interim Management

Tagliente is regularly asked for interim management positions. We have experience with project and line management, a large network in the industry, and an antenna for the political and administrative environments. We carry out our interim assignments at (local) governments, knowledge institutes, supervisory authorities, health providers and insurers. We understand the complexity of the assignment and know how to translate it into an executable program or project plan. We set clear priorities and fully involve your organization and employees in drawing up and implementing the plans. We have carried out interim assignments at the Zorginstituut Netherlands; Trimbos Netherlands; Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport; the National Hearing Foundation; the municipality of Woerden; and the Utrecht Care Network against antimicrobial resistance.
Heine is often asked to act as interim board secretary when an organization is dealing with several complex issues. In this role, he is a critical sparring partner for the director(s) and contributes with creative solutions.

Between 2021–2023, he was interim board secretary at Kwintes and the partnership SMO Breda, Vrouwenopvang Safegroup and Veilig Thuis West- Brabant.
