CEPI: Pandemic preparedness (2024-present)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In 2024, we began our collaboration with the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations<\/strong> (CEPI<\/strong><\/a>) through a framework contract focused on policy options for pandemic preparedness and response investments, as well as vaccine market analyses from a health financing lens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amsterdam: Seasonal vending permits (2025)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

On behalf of the Municipality of Amsterdam<\/strong><\/a>, BEA, in collaboration with Tagliente, prepared an advisory report on investment payback periods in the context of permit allocation for seasonal vendors like Christmas tree sellers and oliebollen stalls<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SMO Breda: Merger or Holding structure (2025)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

An advisory report was prepared for SMO Breda<\/a> <\/strong>and Safegroup<\/a><\/strong> assessing the desirability of a merger, as well as the alternative of establishing a holding company with Safegroup and SMO Breda as subsidiary entities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moldova: Reform of mental health services (2023-25)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Swiss Cooperation Office in Moldova (SCO-M<\/a>)<\/strong> has contracted Tagliente to carry out a real-time evaluation for te exit phase of the project “Support to the Reform of Mental Health Services in Moldova \u2013 MENSANA”, funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC<\/a>)<\/strong> and implemented by the Netherlands Trimbos Institute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Zambia: Monitoring Social Health Insurance (2023)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Contracted by ILO <\/a>(International Labour Organization)<\/strong>, Tagliente delivered to NHIMA (National Health Insurance Management Authority) a capacity-building activity on monitoring social health insurance. The training, spanning 2.5 days in December 2023, was a dynamic blend of presentations and group work, providing NHIMA’s staff with the expertise needed to manage the expansion of beneficiaries and shape the scheme’s monitoring framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
