Tot slot leidinggevende van 15 medewerkers die onder het Bestuursbureau vallen.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong>Projectmanager  Registratie Covid kosten (2020)<\/strong><\/em><br>Als projectmanager bij het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zorginstituutnederland.nl\/\">Zorginstituut <\/a>verantwoordelijk voor het juist registeren van de extra kosten van zorgaanbieders ten behoeve van het zorgvereveningsfonds.  Dit betrof een gezamenlijk project van VWS, Zorginstituut, NZa en ZN. <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong>Projectmanager Risicoverevening Zorginstituut (2020)<br><\/strong><\/em>Sinds januari 2020 is Heine van Wieren projectmanager <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vektis.nl\/actueel\/wat-is-risicoverevening\">Risicoverevening <\/a>bij het Zorginstituut Nederland.&nbsp; Het kwaliteitsproces moet strakker worden georganiseerd, stakeholders structureel betrekken en de gezagspositie kan sterker waar het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zorginstituutnederland.nl\/\">Zorginstituut <\/a>een signaleren en adviserende rol afdwingt. <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong>Projectleider Taskforces&nbsp; bij de gemeente Woerden&nbsp; (2018)<br><\/strong><\/em>De <a href=\"http:\/\/www.woerden.nl\">gemeente  <\/a>heeft een vijftal Taskforces ingesteld die de financi\u00eble knelpunten in kaart moeten brengen en een strategisch keuzepallet voor de gemeenteraad.&nbsp; De vijf domeinen zijn Onderwijshuisvesting, Sociaal Domein, IBOR, Duurzaamheid en Organisatieontwikkeling.&nbsp;<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Directeur&nbsp;a.i. Nationale Hoorstichting (2016 &#8211; 2017)<br><\/em><\/strong>Ruim 2 jaar verbonden geweest aan de Nationale Hoorstichting&nbsp; waarvan 1,5 jaar als directeur a.i. De organisatie verder geprofessionaliseerd,&nbsp; personeelsbeleid opgesteld en ge\u00efmplementeerd en een nieuwe strategisch koerst doorgevoerd resulterend in een <strong>fusie<\/strong> met&nbsp; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.veiligheid.nl\">VeiligheidNL<\/a> per 1 januari 2018.&nbsp; Het fusietraject heb ik in 2017 nauwgezet begeleid vanuit de Hoorstichting. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ilaria Mosca<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>International Projectmanager GIZ (2022-2023) <\/strong><br>Ilaria Worked for six months at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.giz.de\/de\">GIZ <\/a>(Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit)<\/strong> in Bonn, where she led various international projects. <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong>International Projectmanager Trimbos (2018 -2019)<\/strong><\/em><br>Ilaria was in 2018-2019 international projectmanager bij <a href=\"http:\/\/www.trimbos.nl\/\">Trimbos<\/a>. Het gaat daarbij om een project in Moldavi\u00eb waar Trimbos met haar GGZ-expertise deze opdracht uitvoert.\u00a0 Trimbos heeft een team werkzaam in Moldavi\u00eb en een team in Nederland.
